FEES:
Fees include accommodations, breakfast and dinner daily; tuition for all
workshops, performances, lectures, one site admission, all local ground
transportation, 2 Gala events, transfers to and from Athens airport. The
Town of Delphi and its Mayor, the Honorable Panagiotis Kaltsis, have secured
a range of accommodations at a generous subsidy for program participants
that include all tips and taxes. Rates are based on double occupancy.

are King Iniohos &
Iniohos, Budget hotel is the Annex.

While the Isadora
Duncan International Institute, Inc. (IDII) will make every possible effort
to ensure the comfort of Festival participants, the IDII is not responsible
for changing rooms or cancelling reservations once travel has commenced.
TRANSPORTATION
TO ATHENS:
Participants
must arrange their own flights or transportation to Athens International
(Eleftherios Venizelo) Airport, from which 2 buses will depart to Delphi
in the afternoon at 12:30 PM and 3:30 PM on Saturday, June 4th. At the
completion of the Festival, buses returning to Athens from Delphi will
leave at 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM on Sunday, June 12th to ensure ample time
to prepare for transatlantic flights. Flights from the US often originate
one day prior to arrival. Airlines with direct flights to Athens from
NYC include Delta and Olympic Airways.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
We recommend travel insurance to prevent losses necessitated by sudden
cancellation. For your convenience, insurance forms will be sent upon
registration.
FACULTY, SCHEDULE & ITINERARY:
All rights are reserved by the Festival Directors to make faculty substitutions
and modify the schedule and itinerary as needed.
